Caramel custard

One of the best desserts… I love it… My kids also love..

Ingredients

  1. 1 litre full fat cream milk
  2. 100 gms custard powder vanilla flavour
  3. 100 gms sugar

Steps

  1. Heat milk in thick bottom pan

  2. Dissolve custard powder in chilled milk

  3. Once milk gets boil.. Add sugar and mix

  4. Once sugar is mixed add custard powder mixture… Stir continuously

  5. Turn off the gas as milk thickens

  6. Set it at room temperature

  7. Add 2tbsp sugar in pan.. Stir continuously… Turn off the gas once it is melted and nicely caramelized..

  8. In a serving bowl add caramel…allow it to cool now add custard mixture… Keep in refrigerator for 4 hours

  9. Turn upside down when served chilled
