Cake jar

Ingredients
1 person
For cake
1 cup maida/All-purpose Flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tbsp baking soda
4-5 drops vanilla essence
1 cup milk
for mousse
1 cup melted milk chocolate
1 cup melted dark chocolate
1 1/2 cup fresh cream
1 tbsp butter
as needed choco chips for garnishing
Steps
Mix sugar, oil, butter. Whisk it well
Now sieve.All dry ingredients maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda
Add all this in sugar mixture.Add milk and milk and make fine lump free batter. Finely add vanilla essence. Mix well
Bake this cake at 180 degree for 25 mins
Whisk chilled cream with both melted chocolates.Until it gives smooth creamy texture
Now take jar.Put cake roundels at bottom. Top it up with mousse.
Repeat the process.Finally top it up with mousse. Add choco chips for garnishing.
Serve chilled
