Beetroot sandwich

Ingredients
1 person
1 grated beetroot
1 grated carrot
1 finely chopped onion
1 capsicum
2 tbsp hung curd
to taste Salt
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
2 bread slices
1 tbsp amul butter
Steps
Take bread slices apply butter on ot
For stuffing :mix grated beetroot, carrot together
Add finely chopped onion and capsicum in it
Mix it well.. Now add hung curd, red chilli sauce, salt
Mix it well… Apply this mixture on bread slices and toast ït properly
Serve hot with tomato sauce
