It is very yummy dessert… Gud to drink.. Easy to make… My family loves this #navratri

Ingredients

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. 2 tbsp chopped cashews
  3. 2 tbsp chopped pistachio
  4. 2 tbsp chopped almond
  5. 1/2 cup sugar
  6. 1/4 tsp saffron
  7. 1/4 tsp elaichi powder

Steps

  1. Take full cream milk in a thick bottom pan… Boil it

  2. Stir continuously

  3. When it starts boiling.. Add all chopped dry fruits…

  4. Boil it for 30 mins.. Make sure it doesn’t stick to bottom

  5. Now add sugar, saffron and elachi powder..keep stiring

  6. Boil another 5 mins or till milk thicken..

  7. Remove frm heat.. Serve hot or cold as per your choice..

  8. Garnish it with chopped dry fruits..
