Enjoy this healthy and yummy cake prepared with only wheat flour.


  1. 3 banana
  2. 3/4 cup sugar
  3. 1/4 cup curd
  4. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  5. 1/2 cup olive oil
  6. 2 cup wheat flour
  7. 1 tsp baking powder
  8. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  9. 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  10. Pinch salt
  11. 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  12. 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  13. 1 tsp white Chico chips for garnish
  14. As needed cherries, banana slices and silver balls to garnish


  1. Firstly blend chopped banana and sugar

  2. Further add curd, olive oil and vanilla extract.

  3. Now add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt.

  4. Sieve all together to free from lumps.

  5. Now add butterscotch chips and almonds and mix well.

  6. Transfer the batter into cake tray.

  7. Pat the tray twice to remove air incorporated into batter.

  8. Top up with few more butterscotch chips and almonds

  9. Place the cake tray into preheated oven and bake at 180 c for 40 minutes.

  10. Further allow the cake to cool completely and later cut into slices and serve.

  11. Finally serve banana cake by garnish with cherries, banana slices and silver balls.

  12. Enjoy endlessly
